It was a farm school which was converted into a chalet, after it was no longer in use.
It offers slow walks, mountain hiking, rock art, trout and bass fishing and game watching. Black Eagle (Aquila verreauxii) as well as the Blue Crane and other wild birds can be seen.
A relaxed atmosphere makes it worth while for nature lovers. Mountain climbing with beautiful scenery and breathtaking sunrises and sunsets from the chalet.
Sleeps 2 to 4 persons.
Easy accessibility. 10km from N3 (Montrose) all weather suitable road. Situated on the Natal/Free State border.
