Gulls' View is a spacious upmarket 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday
flat/apartment situated right on the seafront in a quiet and secure complex.
The apartment sleeps 6 people only. There are 12 apartments in the entire
complex.
The flat offers stunning breaker views from the balcony and two of the
bedrooms, stroll onto the beach from the beautiful gardens.
The main bedroom has a double bed with bath, toilet and basin en suite. The
second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The
second bathroom has a very large shower, toilet and basin.
The main and second bedrooms have stunning sea and garden views.
The lounge flows onto a spacious covered patio with breathtaking sea and
garden views. Bird life in the garden include Malachite Kingfisher, Hoopoe and
Natal Francolin.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, fridge and
freezer, just bring your own beach and bath towels.
Gulls' View has a 74cm flatron TV and DSTV decoder with clear SABC 1, 2
and 3 and ETV. It is recommended that you bring you own DSTV Decoder and card
to cater for your own individual needs. The complex enjoys socially designed
braai facilities adjacent to the communal swimming pool with deck.
One lock-up garage and 1 parking bay is provided for Gulls' View, the flat
is not serviced and no domestic aid off the street is permitted on the
premises. The beach is a favourite with swimmers, snorkelling enthusiasts,
joggers, walkers, sea shell collectors and rock and surf anglers. For your
convenience, Gulls' View has a small safe, folding table and outside chairs,
shared washing line, ironing board and iron. Gulls' View has a beachy and
coastal atmosphere.
Gulls' View is the perfect place for holiday makers and for honeymoon
couples offering all year round opportunities for swimming, sun tanning and
fishing. The sardine run and seasonal watching of whales and dolphins remains
one of the most highly anticipated occurrences on the South Coast of
KwaZuluNatal. San Lameer, Selbourne and the Wild Coast Sun golf courses are
just some of the numerous nearby golf courses ensuring a step back for a much
deserved break. The Ramsgate and Margate Blue Flag beaches provide safe
swimming for all. Shelley Beach and its shopping centres, cinema complex and
restaurants, are only minutes away. Ramsgate has a launching site for deep sea
fishing trips, whale and dolphin watching trips and scuba diving trips, visit
popular restaurants at the South Coast Mall.
Further places of interest in the area include the Wild Coast Sun, Oribi
Gorge and Crocodile Farm. The area offers a diversity of arts, crafts,
restaurants, cultural, and echo adventures, shopping experiences and extreme
sport opportunities that any holiday maker could want from a holiday
