3 Bedrooms: Main bedroom has queen-size bed, second bedroom two single beds, and outside room which is en-suite, sleeps 5 (two bunks - bottom of second bunk is a double bed). Maximum 9 people. Cottage air-conditioned.

Bathrooms: Separate bath and toilet. Outside room shower en-suite. Outside hot shower to courtyard.

Kitchen: Fully equipped, microwave, stove and fridge.

Living Area: Comfortable lounge and dining areas with a large drinks fridge are air-conditioned and lead onto a long partially covered verandah. Watch the breakers from here. Weber braai. DStv (bring your own decoder's smart card).

Services: Cleaning service by arrangement at an extra charge

Garden: Large 'village cricket' lawn. 2 outside hot or cold showers for you to rinse off in. Plenty of lawn and shade. Listen to the sound of the sea 50m away.

Beach: Walk 30m through the milkwoods and onto a superb beach. Rock pools, good crayfishing, diving, musseling, surf fishing, whale watching, walking, shell collecting or lazing. 300m north of the Southport protected swimming beach (life guards), tidal pools (300m) and restaurant.

Parking: Double garage and off-road parking.
