Including Sparrebosch and Fancourt (home to the 2003 Presidents Cup). Perched
high on a hilltop in Sedgefield the house boasts magnificent panoramic views
over the entire Swartvlei Estuardy.
Accommodation:
We have one Unit consisting of 3 spacious Double Bedrooms all ensuite where your
comfort is our first priority.
Lounge area with DSTV - Video. Superbly equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave
and breakfast bar. Hug patio deck with pool and barbeque area (Bring your own
wood/charcoal) overlooking spectacular views.
Parking in secure double garage. Washing machine.
Conditions:
We regret that we can't allow smoking inside the House.
The Area:
Sedgefield is a picturesque seaside village in the heart of the garden route.
Offering space and peace for those wishing to relax.
Because of its natural beauty, is an outdoor lover's paradise.
The town boasts a selection of great restaurants, pubs, craft markets, clothing
and grocery stores, as well as the famous "Wild Oats" farmers markets on
Saturday morning.
The Town:
The Town is surrounded by the lakes on the garden route, fynbos-covered dunes,
the Swartvlei Estuardy and the Indian Ocean.
The choice of outdoor activities includes paragliding, forest and beach hikes,
Biking, Surfing, diving, excellent fishing (surf, rock, estuary and deep sea).
Attractions:
- 10 minutes walk to the local beach from Sedgefield
- 20 minutes drive to Knysna offering lagoon boat trips, sailing, and
windsurfing.
- Scuba diving etc.
- Easy access to 10 magnificent golf courses on the garden route
- Visit the sedgefield lakes, the wilderness, sense the solitude of the
tsitsikamma forest and admire the noetzle castles.
