A Self catering home from home,Paternoster Fisherman's Village. Our home was designed and built in 2006, architecturally designed as a fisherman's cottage. We called it "Heaven on a Stick" .The name was inspired by the serenity, gentleness and absolute beauty of this wonderful village and life style.

Our home is double volume with exposed rafters, Lime washed pine flooring through out. Spacious lounge with huge fire place and eat in kitchen. 1 bedroom en- suite, bath and shower and double vanity. The furnishings in this home are tasteful but specially chosen for your relaxation. The home also offers a large entertaining patio with a 'Braai in Fire Place'.

The sea views from the cottage are as per the pictures where you see the sea over the roof tops. Heaven on a Stick is not on the beach it is in a cul de sac. The pathway that leads to the main beach is approx 40 paces from the cottage. And approx 5 minutes walk from what we call the sunset beach, as the most glorious sunset are seen on this part of the village.

Fully equipped with the exception of Beach Towels, there is DSTV, and card for SABC 1,2,3,etv. Please bring your own card for further channels. There also a DVD so bring cd's and movies and cuddle up on the day bed. Arrangements will be made for you to be met on arrival where a hand over of keys and general information of how our home works best i.e. opening, closing of shutters and alarm etc. Unfortunately no pets, no children and smoking outside only please, though ashtrays are supplied.
