• a kitchenette with microwave, oven and 2 hotplates, toaster, kettle, fridge.
•  one bedroom with a double bed, ensuite toilet, basin and shower.

The cottage is central to Newlands cricket grounds, UCT, shops, Kirstenbosch botanical gardens, major schools, parks, hospitals.

The cottage is serviced with an alarm and electric fence. It has secure off street parking for 1 car. We offer DSTV and wireless internet. Clean towels and linen will be provided and the cottage will be serviced on a weekly basis for longer term guests.
