Hlala Phansi is a free standing three bedroom house situated on a property bordering on the admiralty reserve, one of the limited properties on the beach side of the railway line, on the best fishing beach on the South Coast and with sea front views from the house and shaded veranda.

The house sleeps a maximum of 8 (3 bedrooms, mes) with 2 double beds, 2 single beds and 2 bunk beds in a walk through alcove.

The house is fully secured with vehicle access through an electronic gate and garage parking (also electronically controlled) for two cars and additional secure parking on the property. The house is totally secured with high strength security gates on all doors and burglar guards on all windows. The property is further protected by armed response with external security beams surrounding the house.

Hlala Phansi is stylishly furnished, with a modern, well equipped kitchen and a separate dining room. Braai and grill facilities are available on the front veranda from where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view whilst braaing.

The rock pools and sandy bay directly in front of the property are renowned for the excellent fishing, the Umtentweni, approx. 1km away.
