Mountainview
Mountainview is a beautiful suburb in Johannesburg with many attractions. Mountainview is not far from the Johannesburg city centre which makes it convenient for locals and visitors.

Mountainview offers many attractions for holidaymakers and locals alike. There is a well groomed golf course nearby where you can hit some practise balls or play a relaxing 18 holes with friends. Not far from Mountainview is the Johannesburg Art Gallery which was built in 1911 and has grown considerably. It boasts many exhibits from 17th Century Dutch paintings to impressive pieces from Picasson and Pissarro to name only a few. There are 15 exhibit halls to view in the Johannesburg Art Gallery. While in Johannesburg you can also take a walk through the Absa Money Museum which holds a large collection of old South African money, treasure from sunken ships and many more interesting artifacts. Another enjoyable day out in Johannesburg is one of the largest fleamarkets in Johannesburg, the Bruma Flea Market. The Bruma Fleamarket is open daily except for Mondays and here you will find a huge selection of clothing stalls, craft stalls and food stalls to mention only a few.
