Brummeria is a beautiful, leafy suburb in Pretoria.

Brummeria is nearby the Pioneer Museum in Silverton which is a beautiful Victorian Style house which was established as a farm in 1846, here you can enjoy watching the many demonstrations such as wheat grinding, bread baking, milking and candle making. The museum has a shop and you may even enjoy a picnic on the grounds. The museum is host to many functions throughout the year. Pretoria is well known for the popular Union Building which is known to symbolise the unity of the two cultures in the country since the Anglo Boer War. The Union Buildings are not open to the public but are admired by visitors from the beautiful surrounding gardens.
