Roedtan
Roedtan is a small town in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. It is mostly a farming community with a railway station approximately 85km from Pietersburg (Polokwane). There is a monument at the road junction that was erected in rememberance of the lives that were lost in the Moordrift battle in 1854.

Roedtan is situated in Limpopo which offers its locals and visitors almost all year round sunshine. The summer months are hot with afternoon thunderstorms. Temperatures can reach into the high 30 degree Celsius mark. Winters in Roedtan are sunny but dry with cooler temperatures during the day and temperatures dropping even more in the evenings.
