While we encourage the sending of pictures and information, the following rules must be followed:

1. We will only accept information/pictures from subscribers of Wheretostay.co.za.
   
   
2. We will only accept information/pictures which relate directly to either of the following:
       a) the subscribers town (don't send info or pictures of a town "down the road").
       b) activities/attractions which occur close by.
         While there is no distance stipulation it goes without saying that it needs to be close enough for your guests to visit...
         ...without spending the entire day travelling!.
   
   
3. When supplying material, the supplier (you, the subscriber) must be sure that the material is free from copyright restrictions. This means that if the pictures have been taken from another source (magazine, brochure, website, etc) that you have received written permission. If the pictures have been taken by you or a friend (whose permission you have) then you need not worry and then can submit them to us.
   When supplying text, the text may not have been copied verbatim (word for word) from another source (magazine, brochure, internet, etc) withour written permission from the owner of the source material. However you may use this material as "research material" from which you can write your own text.
   
   
4. By supplying pictures/material to Wheretostay.co.za you have agreed to follow the conditions above. Wheretostay.co.za takes the subject of copyright very seriously and will not tolerate material which has simply been copied/downloaded/scanned etc from another source without written permission.
