Nelson Mandela National Museum

The Museum houses an exhibition on Mandela's book " Long Walk to Freedom," gives an account of his life in context, and preserves a collection of gifts given to Mandela.

The Bhunga Building, originally the seat of the Transkei Legislative Assembly, now houses exhibitions such "The Long Walk To Freedom" Exhibition, which is the autobiography of Nelson Mandela.

The Nelson Mandela Museum also houses the "Gift to the Nation" Exhibition, which houses a collection of various gifts given to Nelson Mandela over the years.

Semi-guided tours are available. The Mandela National Museum Tour takes you from the Bhunga Building to the Qunu site to see his Madiba's childhood home.
