The Body Show, takes place in September at the Durban International
Convention Centre, and provides a showcase for an enormous variety of Health,
Body and Beauty products for the whole family. The Body Show consists of four
sections, which include beauty, health and fitness, alternative health, and
natural organic products, showcasing 80 different stands.
Visitors to the exhibition will discover a wide range of therapies including
Aromatherapy, Homeopathy, Chinese Medicine, Ayurvedic Medicine, Kinesiology and
Reiki, with a variety of informative and interesting demonstrations from
various spas and beauty therapists. The exhibits offer a vast range of products
on display ranging from cosmetics and soaps to vitamins and supplements.
The Body Show not only serves to provide visitors with useful information and
insights into personal and family health issues, but also provides an excellent
