Just north of Memel in the Free State, at the confluence of the Pampoenspruit and Klip Rivers lies a small but beautiful patch of wetland that is home to a plethora of migratory birds, including blue crane, heron, stork, and ibis.

The park is currently under development, with plans for the re-introduction of a number of mammals. Facilities include a number of bird hides and a picnic area.

Take the R34 to Memel
