The closest town to Kleinbaai is Gansbaai. Kleinbaai is very well known for its whale watching, especially during the months from June to December. The White Shark Projects offers you the most popular and extreme adventure where you can go shark diving in cages and get really close and personal with the white sharks. There is a tidal pool where the whole family can swim safely. If you feel like something more relaxing, then you could take on the 18 hole golf course which has magnificent views. Walker Bay Nature Reserve is nearby where you can go on a hiking trail.
