This spacious and delightful sea facing, first floor, self catering duplex apartment caters for a maximum of six persons. The unit comprises of a main bedroom with en-suite, 2nd bedroom and main bathroom with bath and shower facility located upstairs and a guest toilet, an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room located downstairs. The unit is equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave and television. Blankets and bed linen are provided and the rooms have ceiling fans.
An undercover parking bay is available for residents use. Access to complex from the road and the beach is controlled by electronic access control.
There are two communal braai areas as well as two swimming pools in the complex reserved solely for residents use.
Situated on the main beach, the apartment is close to all amenities. The main swimming beach is fifty metres from gate of complex, where facilities include restaurant / takeaways, swimming pool, waterworld and minigolf.
The picturesque town of
Amanzimtoti is situated to the south of Durban. It is ten minutes away from the international airport. The fishing ground, surfing and beautiful stretches of beaches makes this an ideal holiday destination.
Nature lovers would enjoy bird watching, the Japanese Gardens and trails. There are two golf courses nearby for the sport enthusiasts.
There is a waterworld with slides and pools within a hundred metres of the complex. A well lit promenade along the beach provides for safe walking, jogging and cycling.
The main shopping complex with various pubs, shops and banking facilities is approximately one kilometre away. The pubs and restaurants provide live entertainment. An entertainment centre offering arcade games, pubs and ten pin bowling is situated close by. A flea market, craft village, and rowing and pedal boat trips in a nearby lagoon offers entertainment for the whole family. Public transport to uShakaland in Durban is available nearby.
