Nestling in the centre of two acres of prime garden, away from the hustle and bustle of traffic noise, you will find Karoo Lodge, a tranquil heaven, pleasing the most discerning traveller.

Ideal situated to explore the quaint town of Swartberg Mountain, guardian of the Swartberg Pass and gateway to the Great Karoo and the Garden Route.

Explore the surrounds. Experience breathtaking Daybreaks from the Kredouw Pass and magnificent Sunsets from the Weltevreden Valley, whilst enjoying the penetrating silence which only the Karoo can offer. Bird life abound. Cactus, succulent and fynbos, all around.

Accommodation
At Karoo Lodge we offer Comfort, Quality and Value in air conditioned Ultra Spacious Private Deluxe Suites, all with Private Entrance, Lounge, separate Dressing Area and a Private Patio.

All suites are equipped with a split unit air-conditioner, under counter fridge, hairdryer, clock radio, CD player and coffee/tea trays plus a choice of either King or Twin Beds.

TV Lounge, CD Library and a sparkling Swimming Pool, ready to be enjoyed by our guests.

Safe off road parking.

Cuisine
A wide choice of breakfast is served either in the Dining Room or on the Bar Patio, subject to weather conditions.

In the evening the Karoo Lodge Dining Room change into the Karoo Caffe, house of the Karoo Gourmet Club, where the specialty dishes emphasize the great diversity of the epicurean history of the Karoo and its peoples and supplemented by wines from the Little and Great Karoo, Breede River Valley and Wellington (Boland)
