Although this unit has no sea views, it is situated in a seafront complex and
the unit is a mere 50-100m walk away from the beach.
This comfortable, self catering 4 bedroom simplex is very centrally situated and
is an easy 5-10 min walk from the main Margate swimming beach area, shops,
restaurants, movies etc. Margate Main Beach has been awarded one of the five
Blue Flag beaches in South Africa for 2003. A tidal pool is situated on the
beach immediately in front of this complex - less than a 100m walk. Less than 5
min walk is a popular fishing spot for those who would like to catch their own
dinner!
There are 2 kitchen areas - one consists of a washing up area, a under counter
oven and 4 plate hob, large counter area and a microwave. The smaller kitchen
space has a washing up area, a microwave, fridge/freezer. It is fully equipped
with crockery/glassware, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils, pots, bowls, glass
dishes etc. Iron and ironing board provided.
Linen, towels, soap, toilet rolls, washing up liquid and basic cleaning agents
are provided.
The unit is serviced only before arrival - extra servicing can be arranged at
extra cost.
The unit has it's own undercover braai/barbecue area and a carport with parking
space for 1-2 vehicles.
Accommodation
This 8-10 sleeper unit consists of 4 bedrooms - 1 x queen size bed, 1 x double
bed, 2 x single beds and 2-4 x single beds in fourth bedroom. Two bathrooms -
one with a bath, basin and toilet and the second consisting of a large shower,
basin and toilet. It has a separate diningroom with dining table and chairs,
open plan lounge with lounge suite, TV and dvd player.
Ceiling and stand up fans through out the unit.
Some of the finest golf courses to be found in SA are within one hours drive
from Margate, there are no less that 9 eighteen-hole courses, two of them rated
amongst SA's top 12.
Margate airport is a short 10 min drive away and the Wild Coast Sun & Casino
only 30 minutes drive.
Furthermore, a visit to a crocodile farm, bird parks and snake parks can be
easily undertaken
