Klein Moddergat two bedroom apartments are set on the 1.5 acre Klein Moddergat estate at the head of the
Table mountain as a backdrop. 20 minutes from Cape Town and the airport.
The main house which dates back to 1870. Surrounded by established oak, fig and blackwood trees the four self-catering, Cape style self-contained holiday homes, tastefully decorated and furnished to ensure you feel comfortable and at home.
The apartments will sleep 4 persons comfortably and there is a sleeper couch in the lounge.
The main bedroom upstairs has double bed, air-conditioning, fitted wardrobes and vanity unit.
The downstairs bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
The fully fitted kitchen includes microwave, electric oven and grill, electric frying pan, iron and all other kitchen utensils.
Linen and towels are supplied. Servicing can be arranged daily.
Lounge and dining area leads through double doors to the stoep.
Bathroom with shower over the bath.
A sparkling saltwater pool, Bar-b-que areas and a plentiful supply of wood are there for your enjoyment.
Parking is off street next to the apartments.
Hout Bay village with its craft markets, harbour and beach is just minutes away, the World of birds (the largest bird sanctuary in the southern hemisphere is a must for tourists.
For the energetic there are walks on the Constantiaburg or
Table mountain or along the wetlands at the head of the Disa river.
There is a Riding school, as well as and tennis courts in the village, 13 golf courses within half an hour's drive. Many wonderful restaurants to choose from and the
Constantia wine route with some of the oldest farms in the Cape is on your doorstep. Sea Cruises, fishing and skeet shooting are there to make your holiday an unforgettable one.
Children are welcome there is a play area in the gardens with swings and jungle gym.
