KLEINMOND PENTHOUSE
Self Catering Apartment Accommodation
in Kleinmond, Overberg / Whale Coast,
Western Cape, South Africa
In Kleinmond time stands still - children still walk to the corner cafe and
ride their bicycles to the seaside.
Enjoy fresh seafood from the fisherman's boats at one of the waterfront
restaurants. Lie on the beach in the African sun, or enjoy an outing to one of
the wine farms in the vicinity.
Only 40 minutes away from Cape Town airport and 45 minutes from the heart of the
wine lands, make Kleinmond a sought after holiday destination.
Arguably the most luxurious self-catering accommodation in Kleinmond is found at
the Penthouse of the VIP Block.
The penthouse sleeps 8 people in four bedrooms.
The main bedroom and guestroom have king size beds. One of the remaining
bedrooms has 2 single beds and the last bedroom has a bunk bed. There are 2 full
bathrooms (with bath and shower facilities).
The guest bathroom is fitted with a state of the art steam shower. There is also
a guest toilet.
The main living area with its modern furniture has plenty of seating to suit
every taste - couches big enough to enjoy a well deserved afternoon nap, or
enjoy reading your favourite book while swinging in a wicker couch suspended
from the ceiling!
Don't forget to light the gas fire-place in winter...
There are 2 flat screen televisions - one in the living area and one in the 3rd
bedroom. Both have DVD-players, and the living area has an audio system added.
The state of the art kitchen will satisfy even the most discerning cook - with
granite work services, top of the range electrical appliances and a cuppachino
machine to round it off.
The laundry room is fitted with a washing machine and tumble drier. There is
also an ironing board and steam iron for our guest's use.
Enjoy the long summer evenings on the patio, whether you feel like having a
braai (on the fitted gas braai), relaxing on the loungers or cooling off in the
Jacuzzi.
