Welcome to Klein Waterkloof 4 Star graded B&B on a tranquil smallholding,
situated among vineyards on the Wine Route, boasting a breathtaking view on the
southern face of Paarl Mountain.
Enjoy warm hospitality. Stay in a cosy Cape Dutch cottage room, furnished with
antique cottage furniture. Enjoy a scrumptious breakfast on our spacious
veranda. See the birds take flight as the sun rises over the dam or the mountain
turn pink as the sun sets.

1. The Green Room:
Mountain view
All decor in a soft green with crisp white curtaining and bed linen
King size bed, replaced by twin beds on request. in white antique cast iron and brass. Dark green patchwork and old
glass together with the beautifully hand painted green bathroom floor.
2.The Blue Room:
King size antique oak bed, replaced by twin beds on request.
Mountain view
Decor in a denim blue shade with biscuit coloured walls and crisp, white linen
Patchwork curtains and a touch of old blue glass and porcelain, with the
matching hand painted bathroom floor adding the final touch.
3. The Suite:
A large bedroom with antique white cast iron double bed as well as a smaller
lounge with two daybeds as couches or for sleeping children
Furniture in antique teak and oak
Walls in a soft biscuit colour with crisp white curtains, blending with a touch
of forest green.
The Victorian bathroom has shades of dark green and blue in the hand painted
floor, matching the tiles of the marble wash table.
4. Silver Room:
King size oak bed, replaced by twin beds on request.
Mountain view, overlooking a private patio and lawn with a fountain, separate
from other rooms.
A veranda with reeds in the ceiling adding cosiness and character.
Beautiful leaded glass panels in the old door with old rim-lock and large old
keys.
Leaded glass artwork in the veranda wall.
Decor in white and grey with a touch of silver and pink.
Crisp white curtaining and bedlinen.
Grey, white and silver patchwork together with the beautifully hand painted
bathroom floor adds interesting artistic detail to the background.
Furniture mostly in antique oak.
Luxurious free-standing Victorian bath, marble top washtable and extra luxury
full glass shower.
Very popular with honeymoon couples.

The Green Room, Blue Room and Suite are all used, but the Silver Room is the most popular with honeymoon couples
