Kuta Beach 31 is located in a new (2006) mid sized Bali styled complex with excellent sea views and upmarket ambiance. The unit is equipped for 6 adults with three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The unit has 180 degree sea views from the lounge, mes bedroom, and 2 patio’s. Utmost care has been taken in tastefully decorating and equipping the unit to make it a home from home – it is not just a minimalistic holiday flat.
The unit is not serviced daily but a daily mini-clean can be arranged at an additional charge.
Main features:
- Large patio (+/- 100 sq metres of which 1/3 is under roof) with 180 degree sea and breaker views is ideal for entertaining and sunbathing and just relaxing while soaking up the sounds and smell of the sea – no need to spend any holiday time indoors! The patio is also sheltered from the wind on three sides. Also has a smaller sea view patio off of the mes bedroom and lounge
- Located between the Ramsgate (2km – blue flag) beaches
In a quiet area ideal for getting away from the city buzz but still within easy reach of the holiday vibe of central Margate.
- Easy access to the South Coast Highway (without having to negotiate the coastal road traffic).
Good security: fully fenced (with electrification protection & automated gate), lock-up garage and Trellidoor access protection to the unit.
- On the top (3rd) floor of the complex – but only one level up from garage and swimming pool area.
- Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge.freezer, oven & hob, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave etc) and crockery/cutlery for 6 persons.
- TV with full DSTV (no need to bring your own smartcard).
- Patio equipped with table and 6 chairs, two cushioned couches, 2 wooden sun recliners, gas braai and kiddy table and chairs (2nd small patio has its own smaller table and chairs).
- Pool in the complex – just next to entrance to the unit.
- Good quality furnishings and décor - beds with hotel standard mattresses.
Attractions
Just 400 metres to the beach in front of the unit and the blue flag Ramsgate beach and lagoon is a leasurely stroll along the breakers to the right of the unit ( you can treat yourself to a well known “Waffle House” waffle to “recover” from the walk at Ramsgate beach).
Close to everything that the popular Margate seaside holiday resort has to offer – restaurants, children’s and teens entertainment, golfing/sporting facilities and a bustling holiday night life.
A short drive from the Wild Coast Sun Casino.
