Number 13 La Dauphine is the Penthouse unit in a secure complex with a
swimming pool and double garage and magnificent views of the sea, it is 100m
from the beach and a 5minute walk to Ramsgates Blue flag beach.
It is a 4 bedroom 2 on suit bathrooms and 2 sharing a bathroom. The mainbedroom
has a king size bed with on suit bathroom (Bath and shower).
The secondroom is a queen size bed with on suit bathroom(Shower). The third room
has one single bed in and the fourth room has two beds in which share a
bathroom(Bath and Shower). The apartment has 2 T.Vs (one in living area and one
in Mainbedroom) and DSTV decodor but a smartcard is essential to bring if you
wish to watch T.V. It also has a DVD player and a hi-fi in the living area.
An open plan kitchen has a oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine
kettle, toaster, doubledoor fridge freezer and bar fridge.
On the verandha leading off the living area and main bedroom there is a built in
gas braai, table and chairs and 2 sun loungers.
The second floor is made up of a open verandha with table and chairs and a
jaquizzi.
In the double garage there is a washing machine and tuble dryer, and spare chest
freezer.
It is a 10 minute drive from the Margate airport and a 5 minute drive to Margate
central.
