This six sleeper apartment is situated on the second floor of a three story
apartment building, on the coast of Illovo beach .The apartment comprises of
three bedrooms, the main bedroom with panoramic sea views, consists of a queen
bed, complete en-suite bathroom, air conditioning unit and has direct excess to
the balcony. Two additional bedrooms, each consisting of two single beds and air
conditioning units in each room with a second allocated bathroom.
There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with, washing machine, fridge
freezer, stove, cutlery and all other required appliances. A spacious living
room with eight seater dining area and a lounge equipped with DSTV, DVD player
and air conditioning unit, with direct excess to the balcony. The spacious
double balcony has unobstructed sea views.
A dedicated under-cover parking bay is available for your vehicle, and if you
have more than one vehicle, ample secure parking is available, a trailer parking
bay is also available. The complex has 24-hour security, its own swimming pool
and paddling pool, with adjacent braai facilities and a clubhouse. Access to the
beach is directly available through a locked gate, as is access to the adjacent
lagoon, which is ideal for small children and for canoeing.
To ensure that you spend all your time having a really relaxing and enjoyable
holiday, the apartment is fully serviced before arrival and after departure.
Daily cleaning can be arranged if requested. Hand towels available, bring own
beach and bathing towels.
Please Note: A 50% deposit is needed to secure the apartment and it is
non-refundable. The owners are not liable for any personal injury that occurs at
the apartment or in the complex itself.

Illovo Beach is a small holiday resort town tucked away on the south coast of
KwaZulu- Natal, about thirty kilometers to the south of the province’s main
city, Durban. Illovo beach falls under the municipal area of Kingsburgh, and it
is here that the visitor will find amenities like shopping centers, medical
facilities and so on. Illovo Beach gets its name from the Lovu River, at the
mouth of which it stands. . There are good beaches and the resort is ideally
placed for the many attractions of KwaZulu-Natal. For those wishing to see more
of the night life of the big city, Durban is only a half hour’s drive away on
the N2 highway. There is some excellent fishing to be had from on the Illovo
Beach front, which is a very popular sun-bathing beach.
