Lagoon Lodge guesthouse is a double storey, 3 star graded establishment
situated on the hill overlooking the Langebaan lagoon bordering the West Coast
National Park.
Accommodation
The Lodge provides B&B accommodation. There is a fully fitted kitchen and dining
area on the upper level serving the two luxury double bedrooms with queen size
beds. There are two downstairs bedrooms. All bedrooms are en suite, comfortable
and have a bar fridge, TV (DSTV Hotel package), tea and coffee facilities. There
are also hairdryers and clock radios in each room.
The Lodge is the perfect place to unwind and put your feet up. The decor is
"beach house" and relaxed, encouraging you to feel right at home. We are 5
minutes by car from the main beach and offer an ideal getaway from the stresses
of city life. Downstairs has another dining area, and a sun lounge. Upstairs
there is an entertainment area with bar area, indoor barbeque (braai),
television (DSTV hotel package) and a protected deck with stunning panoramic
views of the lagoon where you can relax and enjoy sundowners.
The enclosed protected deck has roll-down blinds and adjustable roof both of
which can be opened to allow guests to take advantage of the sun and beautiful
vistas of the lagoon. There is also seating for 8 people on the deck should you
wish to enjoy your meals al fresco.
Breakfast and dining
The Full English breakfasts are sumptuous and provide an energetic start to your
activity-filled day in the sun. Indoor barbeque facilities are available to
guests on request.

Langebaan
Langebaan is the perfect base for exploring the exciting West Coast with its
many attractions. These include the natural beauty and rugged coastline, whale
watching in mid year, spectacular wild flowers, beautiful sandy beaches and many
other outdoor attractions. For those water sport enthusiasts summer conditions
are ideal for sailing, kite boarding and wind surfing.
The West Coast National Park is situated on the banks of the Langebaan Lagoon
adjacent to Langebaan Lagoon Lodge and is a very popular flower viewing
destination. The official park flower season is from 1 August until 30 September
when the protected area of Postberg within the Park is open to the public. The
gates also remain open longer during this period.
