La Palma self-catering is a luxury townhouse situated in New Redruth, only 1.8 km away from La Palma Guest House in Alberante.

The townhouse is one of only six units in a complex which is electrically fenced and the gate is remote controlled.

The unit boasts a double remote controlled garage, covered patio with built in braai, open plan lounge / dining/ kitchen area, three bedrooms (main en-suite) and two full bathrooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave and crockery and cutlery for four guests.

The lounge has a TV with 10 channels.

The main bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, dressing table / desk with chair and lots of built in cupboards.

The second and third bedroom are furnished with one single bed each, dressing table / desk and chair as well as built in cupboards.

Linen and towels are supplied.

The townhouse is approximately 1km from the Alberton CBD, two main hospitals and various restaurants.

Although the unit is self-catering, breakfast and dinner are still available at La Palma Guest House by prior arrangement and at an extra charge.

Guests accommodating the unit must collect the keys from La Palma Guest House and drop them off at the guest house on departure.

The townhouse is serviced daily in the case of short stays, but in the case of guests renting the townhouse for long periods, it will be serviced once a week.

Daily, weekly and monthly rates are available on request.
