La Sandra House is located in Somerset West on a very quiet street in an
attractive residential area. Situated in the midst the mountains and vineyards.
This fantastic holiday house overlooks the Indian Ocean.
The house has on the first floor two double Bedrooms en suite. On the same level
there is the spaceful open living and kitchen area which is directly connected
to a cosy covered terrace. From there you reach the nice pool and a big totally
private garden. Upstairs at the house there are two more double bedrooms with a
mutual bathroom. There is a double garage in front of the house. The house is
equipped with an alarm system.
Maureen, our lovely Maid, comes twice a week for cleaning, washing and ironing.
Her times can be planned flexible. She never comes before 11 h in the morning
not to disturb. The garden and pool service is organized by the owners. They
live very close to the house and are happy to arrange everything necessary for
the guests.
Next door is a nature reserve with beautiful hiking and riding trails.
There are more than five beautiful Golf-Courses in a radius of 10 km.
Somerset West offers excellent shopping facilities and is an ideal base for all
the interesting destinations around Cape Town such as the Cape of Good Hope,
Waterfront, the Winelands and Hermanus.
The shortest way to the beach takes 10 minutes to drive.
