"Lazydays" is situated in the idyllic, coastal village of Nature's Valley and
is surrounded by the Tsistikamma National Park and the warm Indian Ocean. The
unique combination of sea, lagoon, forest, fynbos and mountains makes Nature's
Valley the perfect getaway destination. You can use Nature's Valley as a gateway
to the Garden Route or simply a place to enjoy long, lazy days in the sun.
Experience the tranquility of the Valley as you relax in a comfortable, homely,
wooden cottage set in a lush, walled, indigenous garden. The cottage is ideally
located in a quiet street, approximately 200m from both the lagoon and the sea,
and adjacent to the Phyl Martin Nature Park.
The 3 bedroomed cottage with an outside double bedroom (sleeping 2 persons), is
fully equipped for self catering, for 8 persons. The main bedroom is furnished
with a queen-sized bed; the second bedroom, a double bed and the third bedroom
has two single beds. All beds have duvet inners, mattress protectors and pillows
and there are 2 double bed electric blankets for winter. Additional blankets are
available for the winter. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove,
microwave, dishwasher, automatic washing machine as well as several small
appliances. There are three separate toilets, a separate bath and a separate
shower. The sunny lounge is equipped with a television, satellite dish, DVD
player, radio, games and books. The lounge/dining room leads to an outside wooden
deck with table and chairs for 8 people. The deck is a perfect setting for
enjoying lazy afternoons and braais on the Weber. The indigenous garden is large
and has two built-in braais and a hot outside shower. There is adequate parking
on site. Please bring your own linen, towels and DSTV card. The garage is
equipped with an additional freezer and beach furniture. Smoking is
permitted and small pets by prior arrangement.
Nature's Valley offers activities such as swimming, canoeing, kayaking, hiking,
cycling, birding, fishing, whale watching and bungee jumping. There is a good
restaurant and shop, open 364 days, 2km away. Internet facilities are available
at the shop. Birds of Eden, Monkeyland, Tenikwa (big cat reserve), the Reptile
sanctuary, the Elephant sanctuary and Bungee jumping are all within 20km.
