Le Bonheur Ville- Main House, is available from the Monday the 5th of April
onwards.
It sleep 12 people, 6 bedrooms, 3 of which are on suite. A total of 4 bathrooms.
Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, open plan lounge and dinner room, garden, high
security, domestic helper, 24 hr WI-FI- Internet access, DSTV. Heated swimming
pool and jacuzzi. Indoor and out door fire place. 4 patio's.
There are also 2 cottages which are separate form the main house.
Each cottage is 100 square meters, sleeps 4 people, 2 bedrooms with on suite
bathrooms. Fully open plan a quipped kitchen, lounge and dinning room, fire
place, 24 hr WI-FI - Internet access and DSTV. The down stairs cottage has a
tranquil back patio whilst the upstairs cottage has a beautiful balcony over
looking the pool and back drop of
Table Mountain.
This home comprises top of the range Tuscan style self catering villa. Home from Home, large elegant 6 bedrooms sleeps 12 (optional 14).
This unique and up market home is situated within the Picturesque, secure and peaceful green belt of the
Constantia Valley. The Villa is surrounded by some well-known wine farms.
Protected from the summer winds, making it an ideal venue for both summer and winter vacations and within easy traveling distances to many of the well-known sight-seeing spots found in the "Mother City".
Le Bonheur is ideal for Film shoots, company conferences, weddings or just for the family, couple looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and having a holiday of a lifetime.
6 bedrooms that sleeps 12 and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite) including a self catering guest suite that is ideal for large families or grand-parents (7th bedroom optional). Master bedroom is en-suite with king sized bed, 2 other bedrooms have double beds with the remaining two bedrooms consisting of twin three quarter beds (linen is virtually new). The guest suite has a queen size bed, en-suite with open plan kitchenette and adjoining lounge overlooking pool and patio.
4 patios for different times of the day, overlooking amazing views of the backdrop of Table mountain. Large heated pool (12 x 5m) which boasts different colours at night and a covered Jacuzzi.
2 executive fitted bars which lead onto a patio overlooking the pool. One inside bar and one outside bar on west patio which is ideal for entertaining in secluded tranquil setting that will take your breath away. The bar is well stoked and provides beverages required to let you relax and enjoy your well deserved rest overlooking tranquil surrounds of pool and Jacuzzi.
Climb the spiral staircase up to the top patio for 360 degree views of the backdrop of Table Mountain while sipping sundowners on your recliner. One rooftop with loungers, tables and chairs and unbelievable views of the surrounding mountains.
Off street and secure parking with tall perimeter walls and large secure gate with intercom/video system to screen your guests. Surround sound system, large plasma TV that can be viewed from lounge and patio, most bedrooms boasts their own TV with magnificent views of mountains and manicured garden.
ADSL line with Wi-Fi connection 24hrs.
Jaco the African Grey parrot is there greet you and keep you entertained during your stay.
Maid service is also available from Monday to Friday at nominal fee. Saturdays and Sundays charged at an extra fee.

This is a separate, private cottage (sleeps 4) with 2 bedrooms (en-suite), open plan kitchen. All tastefully furnished with all mods cons, and fully equipped with TV surround sound.
