The Leopards Rock country Estate is a residential game farm nestled in the epic savannah of the Waterberg with the Nile River flowing through and surrounded by magnificent cliffs and mountains and endless spaces overflowing with lush indigenous plant life. The wonderful silence is only interrupted by the astounding sounds of nature at its best.

The Leopards Rock Retreat offers a perfect country getaway that offers comfort and style surrounded by picturesque views that is secure and safe and situated within the Limpopo province in between Warmbaths and only 90 minutes North of Johannesburg, 60 minutes from Pretoria and 10 minutes from Warmbaths, near the Nyl Zyn Oog.

Enjoy lazy days filled with endless space and silence and long walks in the true bush veldt with regular sightings of the abundant wildlife species such as Zebra's, giraffe, antelope, warthogs and an astonishing amount of bird species. Spend quiet afternoons in the comfortable surrounding of your own home while enjoying an afternoon nap and cooling down in the splash pool after enjoying the warm and lovely African sun. Evenings are filled with incredible sunsets followed by bright and starry skies where the Milky Way is still clearly visible and the untainted air is filled with heady scents of the veldt and night sounds that is exhilarating and true paradise for all nature lovers.

The house consists of a ground floor that has a complete kitchen and scullery, a spacious open plan dining room and lounge that leads onto a large wooden deck that includes a splash pool, braai area and indigenous rock garden. There is a spacious bedroom complete with an en-suit bathroom fitted with a bath and shower and the room has sliding doors that lead onto the deck.

A set of stairs leads from the lounge area onto the an upper level that consists of a mezzanine space for sleeping or lounging that leads out onto a large balcony, it also includes another bedroom with a balcony and en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.

Right next to the main house is another two spacious bedrooms both equipped with a en-suite bathroom, with separate entrances that leads onto a spacious patio and beautiful indigenous garden.

All rooms are equipped with fans; complete bedding including luxurious cotton sheeting, a dressing table and spacious cupboards.

The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, bread toaster, kettle and fridge freezer.

There are no television sets or sound systems, only the sounds of the bush.
The house is a smoke free facility.
There are a 24 hour security on the estate.
