people, with sleeping arrangements comprising a queen size bed and a double
sleeper couch. The bathroom has a bath plus a shower and toilet. It has a fully
fitted kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.

The apartment is serviced twice weekly and laundry service is available on
request. There is 24 hour security which extends to a secure underground parking

401 Macedon is situated next to The Grace Hotel, and a block away from the Crown
Plaza Hotel and the Rosebank Police station. A two or three minute walk away is
the Rosebank Clinic, one of South Africa's best private hospitals.
The Sandton Commercial and Luxury Shopping Centre, a Mecca for any visitor, is a
6 kilometre taxi or bus ride away passing the nearby famous Wanderers Cricket
Ground, and also in the area, there's a choice between three excellent golf
courses. Other tourist attractions such as The Mary Fitzgerald Square, with its
Africa Museumand Market Theatre, are not unduly out of the way. Similarly,
SOWETO, with historical sites such as the Monuments to Apartheid struggle heroes
and the Mandela Museum, can be easily reached through organized tours. Also well
worth visits are the Johannesburg Zoo, Constitutional Hill, home of the South
African Constitution, and the Johannesburg Theatre in Braamfontein and,
downtown, the Johannesburg Art Gallery.
Major bus routes to Johannesburg's City Centre and Sandton are within easy
walking distance from the apartment, and we are happy to arrange taxis and
transfers for you. The Gautrain Rail Service runs from Sandton station directly
to O R Tambo International airport. The Rosebank Gautrain Station, presently
