Madeline Garden Apartment lies in the hub of Durban's sub-urban street life
(one street away from Florida road and Lilian Ngoyi (formerly 'Windermere')
road. Although it is located in this popular and fashionable area, the apartment
is tucked away in a quiet and private garden the apartment living area opens
onto a sundeck overlooking a private garden. This accommodation has its own off
street parking area and separate street entrance.
The Windermere shopping centre is 2 minutes walk from the apartment. One block
up 7th avenue in the opposite direction is Florida Road. Here you will find
numerous restaurants from Mama Luciana's and the famous Bean Bag Bohemia at the
bottom of the road, to various fast food and fine dining establishments further
up the road. Both Florida Rd and Lilian Ngoyi (formerly Windermere) Roads have
interesting galleries, boutiques and decor shops which can be easily explored on
foot. We are also in walking distance of the major stadiums.
Madeline Garden Apartment can sleep a maximum 4 people, with 2 sharing in the
bedroom plus 2 single beds in the living area which can be made up on request.
There is an additional charge of R150 per person for a 3rd and 4th person. DSTV
and ADSL are provided.We regret that we do not accept children under 12 years
old.
