This 2-bedroom garden apartment is situated on the ground floor with its own small garden leading onto a large enclosed communal garden. It is next to the fenced swimming pool and has it's own braai facilities.
Entrance into the complex is controlled by means of electric gates. Once inside you will find your parking bay right outside your back door. A second parking bay for a trailer or visitor is a few meters away.
The comfortable spacious living area with TV and Mnet has large sliding doors onto your garden. All rooms have ceiling fans for the very hot days.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, toaster and snackwich. Cutlery and crockery are supplied for 8 people while salad bowls, Pyrex dishes and pots and pans allow cooking for a family of 6.
Upstairs are the bedrooms and bathrooms. The main, front bedroom faces the sea, has a double bed, dressing table and many cupboards. The second bedroom has a lovely sea view, bunk beds, 2 single beds and many cupboards. The Bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet and there is a second toilet.
The unit is serviced every second day and linen changed once a week. Bath towels are supplied except over High peak season. Maids for extra cleaning and babysitting can be arranged.
On crossing the road in front of the complex, you will find a lovely quiet beach with many rock pools and safe swimming. For the adventurous who would like to surf, paddle ski or ride the back line, the surfing beach is a less than 1 kms walk along the road.
Restaurants and shops for basic commodities are within walking distance Take ways can be ordered and delivered. Gateway with its extensive shops and entertainment is only 7kms away.
Umhlanga rocks and Ballito Bay 7km away.
Umdloti is still very natural and unspoilt by huge development and crime. The beaches are very safe and natural for a quiet relaxing holiday. Durban, Umhlanga Rocks and Ballito with the busy cosmopolitan hustle and bustle are around the corner.
Dolphins are a common sight. Fishing, horse riding on the beach, micro light flights, visits to the Sharks board, casinos, golf courses, Gateway and Isharka Marine world are just a few of the attractions to keep old and young busy and happy and refreshed.
