At the very end of a quiet cul-de-sac, extending into the sea and lagoon, and surrounded by water - no neighbours but nature! Guests awaken to the sound of breaking surf and seagull's cry, and the most exquisite180° views on the Garden Route. Yet not isolated and far from civilisation, as one might expect, but a short walk from the town centre and its sophisticated shops and continental restaurants.

Manor
A charming Georgian-styled double-storey building with an airy double-volume foyer leading to a spacious dining room/in-house restaurant and outdoor patio. A cosy upstairs lounge has wi-fi connection and most of the 11 double bedrooms lead to a private patio or balcony that faces the sea or lagoon. Beds are queen-sized or twin, with bath- and/or shower rooms en suite.

In front of the Manor is a mast with a camera continuously rotating 360°, revealing the surroundings Guests may tell their absent friends and relatives to click on the Manor's website, where they will see them on the roof deck.

Lemon Grass Seaside Restaurant
Two sides of this in-house restaurant consist of glass panels that fold back, so Guests may fully enjoy the views. The terrace is lapped by currents of water in fascinating alternate moods of aggressively engulfing at high tide, followed by peacefully retreating six hours later. At certain times of the year, even whales and dolphins may be viewed from here.

Attractions at the Manor
Adjacent sheltered coves offer natural flowing water to swim and fish in A long sandy lagoon-beach allows for pleasant leisurely strolls. One may boat along the lagoon or cross its mouth to an extensive unspoiled sea-beach. No traffic, noise or crowds - blissful solitude, shared only with an abundance of seabirds. With a little luck the sought-after mysterious pansy shell (sand dollar) may still be found!
