Placed in the heart of Plett, Monk's View is conveniently located within walking distance of nature reserve, shopping facilities, restaurants and the beach.

This stylish, up market, self catering 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment boasts all the creature comforts the holiday maker deserves. The dining area has space for 8 people and is situated inthe centre of the apartments open plan layout allowing you to take advantage of the views while you dine. The kitchen includes all the usual appliances and is also equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.

The main bedroom consists of a queen-size bed and its own en-suite bathroom, teh second bedroom has 2 single beds which can be zipped together to create a king-size bed (linen is provided for both configurations). Both bedrooms have ample cupboard space and are finished off with luxurious wooden floors. The lounge area is equipped with a stylish sleeper couch (linen included) so the apartment can comfortably sleep up to 6 people.

Over and above having breath taking lagoon, sea and mountain views the entertainment area is equipped with DStv (bring your own smart card) and DVD surround sound system. The main bedroom adn entertainment area lead onto a very spacious balcony with spectacular views. The patio is equipped with braai facility and 8-seater patio furniture.

Two underground garages area available and access to these is via a remote controlled gate.

Complete relaxation and peace of mind are achieved knowing that this modern hideaway is protected by constant security, access to the complex is gained via a coded security door and both elevator and stair access is available. The unit is equipped with a video monitor so all guests can be viewed before they are given access.
