The home was built to maximize the natural light and the spectacular views, and is a symphony of glass and ever-changing light. The bedrooms, open plan lounges, dining room & kitchen all share in the glorious views of the sea, peninsula and mountains.

Whales, dolphins and seals are frequently spotted from the house as well as many coastal birds. Golf can be played at the many spectacular golf courses in the area or partake in the excellent fishing. Deep sea safaris for whale watching & dolphin spotting can be organised as well as boating, angling, canoeing and sea kayaking. Scenic flight excursions, bungi jumping, horse-riding, hiking or mountain biking are also offered locally. Visit the Knysna Elephant Park, Monkeyland, Buffalo Hills Game Reserve and the Tsitsikamma Forest tree top trail. Polo is Plettenberg Bay's latest attraction. And then there is always the option of just relaxing on the beach or then again, going for long walks along the bay or exploring Plett’s world famous beaches, forests and lagoons. With a wide variety of restaurants, you will never be short of a new culinary delight.

Walking over a timber bridge into the 1st floor of the home, you are greeted with a stunning 180 degree view of the bay. The upstairs area/ entry floor consists of:

• A spacious open plan lounge and dining room with ample seating for 12, with a large expanse of glass doors folding seamlessly onto the balcony
• This area includes a small TV, with PVR & DSTV and HiFi, with radio, IPOD/ MP3 docking station, CD and DVD players
• 2 main double bedrooms also open onto this balcony, with en suite bathrooms (shower and bath), plenty of cupboard space and king size beds
• The modern open-plan kitchen is fully fitted with double door fridge and freezer, microwave, freestanding SMEG oven, prep bowl and separate scullery with dishwasher
• A guest WC

Walking down the glass encased staircase to:

• A large open plan TV lounge with a bar and reading alcove, with large expanses of glass doors folding seamlessly onto the patio facing the sea to the east and onto a private gabion walled garden facing west
• This area also includes a TV, with PVR & DSTV and HiFi, with radio, IPOD/ MP3 docking station, CD and DVD players
• 2 bedrooms en suite, furnished with 3 x three-quarter beds, both open onto the patio
• Another double bedroom, sharing an en suite- bathroom, opening onto the garden, is furnished with 2 x three-quarter beds
• A guest WC and a separate laundry with tumble dryer and washing machine
• The patio is furnished with a 10 seater wooden table and chairs, two teak loungers and braai
• The patio leads onto the sea facing garden is surrounded by indigenous bush.
• A private path leads directly from the garden onto the beach
• An outside shower

• Top quality cotton linen and down duvets, bathing and swimming towels are provided. As are hairdryers.
• Beach umbrella and chairs, as well as boogie boards and board games are included
• For the cooler winter months there is underfloor heating in the entertainment rooms and a cosy wood burning Morso fireplace in the upstairs lounge
• The home is serviced daily
• There is safe, off road parking for 3 cars
•  The house is surrounded by high walls & fences, with security lighting and a monitored burglar alarm

Condition of Agreement:

• No smoking is allowed inside the house
• No letting will be allowed to groups of people under the age of 25
• No pets can be accommodated
• As there are high retaining walls and balconies, no liability whatsoever will be assumed for any injuries. Particular care must be taken for children under the age of 7
