No. 38 Mtunzi Park located in the centre of the Mtunzi Park complex, which is
situated just south of Scottburgh town centre between the railway line and the
beach. The Scottburgh Golf Course is across the road from the complex. The
complex is patrolled by a security guard at night and over weekends and
contains:

- sauna
- laundromat.
The unit itself has recently been refurbished and is kept spotlessly clean.
It has a single carport and is equipped with:

There are two bedrooms, one containing a king size double bed and one with
two single beds. All linen, apart from swimming towels, is provided and there
are two extra mattresses to accommodate larger families (max of 6 people per
night).
The patio leads on to a vast lawn, from where there is access to the beach in
front of the complex. This stretch of beach is ideal for small children as it is
quiet and surrounded by rock pools. From here it is about a 30 minute walk along
the seashore to the main Scottburgh swimming beach, where there are shark nets
and lifeguards.
Scottburgh and the surrounding areas offer visitors a wide variety of sports and
activities including:

Pick n Pay, Woolworths, Clicks and Mr Price as well as numerous eating houses.
