Oak Tree Place is a fully equipped self catering flatlet situated in a quiet,
tranquil garden at 16 Craig Street, Constantia Kloof, Florida, West Rand,
Johannesburg. The flatlet has a number of security features, which includes an
alarm system, burglar proofing, and secure parking behind palisade fencing with
remote controlled gate system.
The flatlet consists of a double bedroom with double bed and writing desk.
Electric under blanket and clean linen are provided.
The bathroom consists of a shower, hand basin and toilet. Fresh, clean bath and
hand towels provided.
The lounge, dining area and kitchenette are open plan. The Kitchenette is
equipped with a fridge, electric frying pan, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Coffee, tea, sugar and milk are provided. Breakfast and dinner are also
available as a room service on request at an extra charge.
A laundry service is available at an extra charge.
The lounge has a double sofa and fully independent DSTV.
The unit opens onto a private veranda, where one can sit and enjoy the peace and
tranquillity of the garden and abundant bird life.
