Luxurious self-catering, three bedroom, two bathroom (one on-suite) apartment
with an incredible 180° sea view and a beautiful view of the Swartberg Mountains
on the northern side from two bedrooms, lounge and balcony. The apartment is on
the 5th floor and it is ideal for holiday and corporate accommodation. Fully
equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, 2 x freezer/fridge and Weber-braai on
balcony. A DVD machine with USB, flatscreen TV with full DSTV is available. The
apartment sleeps 6 and is fully equipped for 6 people. Linen and bathroom towels
are also supplied. A dining room table with 6 chairs for family breakfasts and
dinners is in the unit. Direct access to the beach with a private security gate
for tenants/owners only. Feel the beach sand right underneath your feet - no
more driving to the beach! You can see the most beautiful sunrises over the sea
from the 2 bedrooms, lounge and balcony. Two secure parking bays for your unit
(one close-up garage, one basement) and 24 hour security for the entire complex.
Private swimming pool and braai facilities for use of tenants/owners only. There
is convenient private laundry facilities for the complex. Indoor heated pool,
excellent shopping facilities, cocktail bars, restaurants and entertainment for
children and grown-ups right next to the Ocean II complex.
Old Year's Eve you can see the most beautiful firework display right from your
balcony!
Mosselbay has a wide variety of restaurants and game ranches at close vicinity.
Whale watching during winter and spring is a popular pastime. Dolphin and seal
watching right from your apartment as seal island is right there in the bay.
Shark diving, fishing, hiking, cinemas, horse riding, casino and excellent
medical facilities are all nearby. The convenient shopping mall is ± 2km from
the complex. The Jukani Big Cat sanctuary which includes Lions, leopards and
tigers should not be missed by wildlife enthusiasts.
George airport is ± 30km away with various car rental options available. The
well-known Fancourt Golf course is also situated in George for the
golf-enthusiasts.
