Welcome to Old Halliwell Country Inn, set in the peace and quite of the
Midlands just outside the historic hamlet of Currys Post, this stone house dates
back to the 1830's and captures the traditions and charm of a more gracious age.
Leading off from the garden are tastefully decorated ensuite rooms which are
large and comfortable and have open fireplaces, heated towel rails, tea/coffee
making facilities, 14 DSTV channels and scenic views of the Karkloof valley.
Honeymoon suites have adjacent parking, spa baths and underfloor heating. Family
suites are suitable for a family of 4.
Incorporated in this 250 acres of rolling lawns and woodlands is the Old
Halliwell rest home for horses and cusine at it's best at our Lemon and lavender
restaurant.
