The apartments are perfectly positioned for watching the Humpback Whales and the
Southern Right Whales, often in the company of dusky dolphins. Not far away is
the Berg River where you will find more than 190 bird species and look out for
the pink flamingos too. Another stop for bird enthusiasts is the beautiful West
Coast National Park.
Although only 170 kilometers from Cape Town, Shelley Point enjoys a considerably
warmer winter and a lower rainfall, making it an ideal location to visit all
year round.
