Plettenberg Bay is one of South Africa's premier holiday resorts, nestling in the heart of the Garden Route.

Pachena Cottage is newly renovated, self-catering cottage located in a quiet street, only four minutes walk from the Blue Flag Robberg Beach. Watch whales and dolphins frolic in the waves or enjoy a refreshing swim in the clear water of this pristine stretch of beach.

The cottage is tastefully and comfortably furnished and fully equipped for two people. A sunny lounge with easy chairs, offering TV with DSTV connection (please bring your own Smart Card) and open plan kitchen with a four seater dining area. The kitchen has a Microwave and a Kenwood Small Oven which has 2 plates and an oven (big enough to roast a chicken or a piece of meat). Kettle, toaster and there is also a small Weber for the patio. Everything is brand new.

A separate entrance into a small private garden with table and chairs for al fresco dining. Relax as you braai fresh, locally caught fish on the Weber. The bedroom has generous cupboard space and a queensize bed with white percale cotton bedlinen and soft touch bath towels. The bathroom has a bath with shower and a heated towel rail.

Beach towels are provided.

Enjoy a pleasant stroll to a small shopping centre with a supermarket, bottlestore, pharmacy, hairdresser and restaurants. The famous Beacon Island Hotel is just down the road.

A five minute drive takes you to the Plettenberg Bay Country Club - rated in the top 50 golf courses in South Africa.

Local attractions include The Robberg Nature Reserve, Monkeyland, Birds of Eden and the Knysna Elephant Park.
