Choose from beautiful and spacious suites in the Main Lodge, each with a large veranda, or one of five romantic wooden chalets, built on stilts with a private deck overhanging the water.

Sweeping views over vineyards and the Helderberg mountains, warm evenings and African sunsets are just part of the natural splendour you will find at Papyrus Lodge.

Cool down in the private, fresh-water lake, try a spot of fishing, row out onto the water or enjoy a ride on a pedal boat, experience the bird life, or simply relax in peace at the water's edge.

Wake up to a mouth-watering selection of home-made breads, fresh fruits, cheeses, cold meats, or hot breakfast foods, served on the garden terrace to the sound of gently waving palm trees, or in the sunny breakfast room overlooking the lake.

And for fine dining, there is an excellent restaurant within walking distance, as well as numerous others in the area. For your convenience, there is also a fully equipped kitchenette where you can prepare whatever you fancy.
