Located on the world famous Nyl Flood Plain renowned for its important habitat for birdlife, Paradise Lodge, an AA Recommended establishment, is the ideal break-away offering accommodation for all tastes making it a home away from home in the bushveld. Relax in the garden or laze next to the pool or walk in the bushveld viewing game and enjoy the birdlife.

Conveniently situated within easy access of the N1 it is the ideal stopover on the way to / from the North & the Kruger Park (Phalabowa & Punda Maria Gates). The Lodge is an ideal base to visit the Nylsvlei Nature Reserve and the Doorndraai Dam, both nature reserves run by the Regional Parks board. The Makapan Valley (a world heritage site), a Crocodile farm, horse riding, quad bikes are all in the vicinity.

The Lodge is located within easy access on a tar road from Naboomspruit, which is on the edge of the Waterburg Mountains.

Paradise Lodge is a self-catering lodge which accommodates up to 30 guests. All chalets boast a fully equipped kitchen, with fridge and gas or electric cooker and all the necessary implements. They all have TV or flat screen TV, comfortable sofas as well as welcome tea and coffee. Towels & bed linen is supplied.

11 Chalet based in the heart of a charming garden between large varieties of trees, and birds, all benefiting from a pleasant view onto the bushveld.

• Terrace

Relax at the lapa overlooking the pool and a small dam where birds and game drink. The pool is heated via solar panels and can be used nearly all year round.

Spend your evening in the boma for braais around a log fire.

• Swimming pool heated by solar panels set next to with relaxation area with lounge area and its mini bar (please bring your own swimming towels)
• A games room with pool table, table tennis, darts
• Braai, barbecue facilities,
• The terrace which looks out onto the veld.
• The veld at the lodge is located on the Nylsvlei Flood Plain, an area known for its abundant birdlife,
• There is also a variety of game on the lodge.
