Kleinmond

The coastal town of Kleinmond (centre of the whale coast route) lies nestled between the foot of the Kogelberg Biosphere & the Atlantic ocean. It is 35 kms to Hermanus & 110kms from Cape Town.

It is regarded, & with good reason, to be the fynbos capital. What a privilege it is to walk among the proteas as you start to hike up Jeans Hill or higher still, to Perde Kop. You are rewarded with magnificent views of Kleinmond lagoon, and the ocean. The lagoon offers canoeing, abundant bird life, including Fish eagle & a chance to see the feral horses. These horses have probably been Kleinmonds best kept secret up until now. No one really knows when or how they arrived here. They are not camera shy unless you venture too close. There is also a bird hide, Rooisand, just 5 kms out of Kleinmond. This was opened about 4 months ago to the public.
Golf enthusiasts have not been neglected of their favourite past time as we have our own highly rated 9 hole course.

Perazim B&B

We have 3 en-suite bedrooms all with walk-in showers while one has a bath as well. Each room has a panel heater, fan & tea/coffee facilities plus lots of cupboard space.

There is a communal lounge that has a fire place (great for winter), DStv Compact & a dvd player. This leads out onto the pool patio where we can serve our continental breakfasts in the summer months. There is also a separate dining area which seats up to 6 people.
We have a large equipped kitchen which can be used by prior arrangement. Outside are braai facilities plus a swimming pool.

Body massages & manicures can be arranged on the premises.

We are situated close to:

There is safe off road parking.
