Pilgrims Naváh Farm Cottage nestles at the eastern foot of the Steenkamps berg,
only 12km to the west of Lydenburg, the most central place in the scenic
Mpumalanga province of South Africa. Only 50km from Sabie, Pilgrims
Rest and Graskop. Only 100km from Kruger National Park.
Situated in the area with arguably the best motor biking
routes in South Africa – Hazyview, Blyde
river canyon, etc.
Accommodation
A self-catering farm cottage, fully equipped and serviced daily. Cottage
consisting of 2 bedrooms, both luxury en suite, 2nd with bath and
shower. All bedrooms are equipped with luxurious bedding, down duvets, etc.
Additional ¾ bed in lounge.
Lounge with fire place and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave,
etc. Large verandah with built-in barbeque, where one can relax and enjoy
breathtaking views over the Lydenburg valley.
Please also note that even though the house is fully furnished for self
catering, meals can also be provided to our guests at the main homestead.
Tariffs are R120.00 per person for a full traditional farm dinner, R60.00 for a
full farm style breakfast and R60.00 for a midday
snack. Please just book in advance so that meals can be prepared.
Activities on farm
- Bird watching (more than 100 species
already identified!), mountain climbing, walking trails.
- Just come and relax in a
wonderfully quiet place with magnificent views and take in the nature.
Free roaming game, including kudu, bushbuck, duiker, gray & red
mountain reedbuck, impala, warthog.

do you have visitors from overseas? Let us treat them for you! Transport can be
arranged from OR Thambo or Kruger Mpumalanga International airports, as well as
day trips to the above.
