Lovely sunny, modernized comfortable holiday home with all the comforts of home. The home is fully furnished with a modern kitchen with all modern amenities, dishwasher, washing machine, defy built in stove with glass hob.

The home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with showers, toilets, baths and basins in each bathroom.

The main bedroom has a king size bed. There is a remote controlled 54cm TV in the main bedroom.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a 54cm TV.

The third bedroom has two twin beds.

In the dining area, there is a double bunk bed on top of one another. In total the house can sleep a maximum of eight persons in total.

The lounge has a TV as well as a radio Hifi system with DVD player. DSTV availability - please bring your own smartcard.

Off the dining area, the lounge leads with doors onto a huge sunny warm undercover patio with built in barbeque facilities. There is a Weber braai available. Patio furniture seating up to 14 people complete the picture.

Leading from the kitchen there is an enclosed tiled drying yard for laundry.

The grounds are fully walled with a lush garden with sprinkler system. There is more than enough parking on the enclosed premises. Unfortunately the garage is not available for use of the tenants.

The garden has two entrances. The pedestrian entrance to the north (Beacon Isle side) and the motor gate entrance to the east.

The home is fully secured with burglar bars, trellidors and an alarm system.

Guests to bring their own beach AND bathtowels. There is a sun umbrella should you wish to use it.
