Apartment Description
Quays 405 is a luxury duplex apartment on the 4th floor. It comprises 2 bedrooms
(main en-suite), 2,5 bathrooms, with a sleeper couch in the living room. The
main bedroom has a queen size bed, 32" LCD TV with full DSTV, own balcony, sea
and beach views, whilst the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, 32" LCD TV, own
balcony, sea and beach views.
All rooms have built in cupboards. All north facing windows have blockout
curtains ensuring no sunlight when drawn. Hairdryer available.
It is a non-smoking unit.
The apartment sleeps a total of 6 guests. The stackaway doors open fully to
include the beautiful balcony furnished with imported exotic furniture.
The apartment has ducted air-conditioning. Ironing board with iron included.
A 42" LCD TV with full DStv is available in the lounge. The open plan dining
room comfortably seats 6.
Linen and beach towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer,
fridge, oven and stove, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle. Granite tops
are complemented by the rich mahogany cupboards. A full array of kitchen
utensils, crockery and cutlery are provided.
No telephone.
Only 400m walk along the canal system to the beaches, uShaka Marine World and
uShaka Mall. No supermarket available at the Mall.
Close to ICC, Theatres, Soccer and Rugby Stadium, Malls and King Shaka
International Airport.
