I had a friend in Africa . His way of living was so nice ,but yet so
uncomplicated . He left home on a daily basis only to come back a few hours
later with all the fresh food that mother nature could provide . He could make a
meal so naturally ,that you would not even notice that he was actually busy
doing so . He became my benchmark when I planned a restaurant for you .
With nature just a little more comfortable , I left your feet in the sand and
only give you chairs to sit around our heavy wooden tables .The roof above your
head is a local palm-thatched cover to keep the rain out ,but not to spoil the
view of kilometers of ever-changing estuary ,right in front of you .
Our sunset views are - well I do not want to say it myself - according to my
customers it must be the best in the world .
Lets get to the food:
Who can prepare it better than the people who do it everyday ?
What can make it taste better than to keep its own taste and freshness still
alive ?
Our clay ovens for the Pizzas and the Bread , maybe yes .
Or the open fire for the Prawns and Crayfish and the Calamari too .
The hot water to cook the Crab and Mussels and a little Olive oil and salt can
do a thing or two .
It is not for eating only . It is to come and experience and to share .
You bring your laughter ,we will give the food .
You bring your joy , we will give the drinks , the view and the atmosphere .
And Beware - We will be friends for ever more .
