Cafe Soleil is a new coffee shop/restaurant in Oudtshoorn in the Little Karoo, on Route R62. Our doors opened on the 1st of November 2007, with the opening of the new mall. We can be found in the Queen's Square at the Pick 'n Pay Centre, just behind the Queen's Hotel. We are in walking distance from most local hotels and B & B's in town.

Our menu caters for a huge variety of hearty breakfasts, lunches, grills and everything in between. Our delicious home baked cakes, giant muffins and speciality scones are legendary already. We also have special homemade meals and soups to suit the weather.

For our hot summer days we have fantastic smoothies and milkshakes, as well as ultra-cool chillas, perfect for the steaming hot weather. In our chilly winter season we've got snow on the mountains and steaming hot coffees, cappuccino's with foam, cream and our delicious vanilla cream, hot chocolate with a chocolate mousse topping, espresso etcetera, etc.........

Our well-trained staff prepares every meal fresh as ordered. The salads on our menu are to die for, and our gourmet sandwiches are very popular. The portions served in our restaurant are humongous and is definitely big enough for the hungry, therefore our gourmet sandwiches are available in half sizes. Our hamburgers are home-made as well as all our sauces.

We also do catering for big or small functions. Our restaurant is closed at night, but is available for private functions of 20 to 50 people. We do all kind of themes, such as a traditional South African barbeque for international tourist, etc.
